Chairman and CEO’s Message SOLID FOUNDATIONS FOR A BOLD FUTURE

This success isn’t ours alone. It’s built on the trust of our loyal clients, the steadfast support of our shareholders and the incredible hard work of our employees. Their passion and dedication have fueled our growth and solidified our reputation as a bank that helps people turn ideas into action. Looking ahead, we’re more confident than ever. Our strong foundation has prepared us for what’s next – to grow smarter, innovate faster and serve our community better. We’re ready for the future, and we’re honored to have you with us on this journey.

In 2024, we stayed the course, navigating a changing financial landscape with steady hands and a bold vision. ACCESSbank continued its strong, organic growth while staying grounded in the values that make us a true community bank. We’ve grown steadily, reaching nearly $1 billion in total assets. That growth has secured our place as the 10th largest bank in the Omaha metro area. But we’re more than numbers – we’re a bank built on relationships. Big enough to deliver the financial solutions our clients need. Small enough to offer the personal service they deserve. Just ask local businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs. For 12 straight years, they’ve voted us Best Business Bank in B2B Omaha Magazine. We’ve also earned the Chamber’s Excellence Award six times and proudly received the BBB Torch Award for Ethics. And for the second year in a row, we were recognized as one of the Best Banks to Work For by American Banker – proof that we invest just as much in our people as we do in our clients.

The best is yet to come.

President’s Message

Investing in People Our team is the driving force behind our success. We made investments in talent, strengthening teams across departments and recognizing key roles essential to our long- term vision. These efforts ensure we remain agile, responsive and prepared to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Success starts with strong people, and we are committed to fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Reimagining Our Footprint A bold vision requires spaces that foster both connection and efficiency. This year, we reimagined our physical footprint to enhance collaboration and elevate client service. We laid the groundwork to introduce ACCESSpoint, our first Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) at 42nd & Center, seamlessly integrating advanced technology with personalized support. To further streamline operations, we made plans to unify our business banking teams at our headquarters and relocated our mortgage division to our Oakview location,

This year was defined by purpose and progress. We strengthened the core of our organization – investing in our people, enhancing technology, deepening client relationships and sharpening our strategic vision. Every step we took was intentional, reinforcing our ability to move forward with boldness, resilience and innovation. Our progress wasn’t just about expansion; it was about shaping a future- ready bank – one that adapts, leads and thrives. Strategic Focus This year, we introduced a strategic planning model designed to enhance engagement, accountability and alignment across the organization. By establishing annual themes, we united teams around key objectives, ensuring clarity and purpose in our initiatives. Regular leadership conversations helped sustain momentum while company- wide town hall meetings fostered transparency, open dialogue and progress tracking.

Our progress wasn’t just about expansion; it was about shaping a future-ready bank – one that adapts, leads and thrives.

Innovating for Efficiency We advanced our digital capabilities to enhance service and efficiency, laying the groundwork for a seamless digital client onboarding experience and initiating plans for a dedicated client support center. Additionally, we launched a company-wide intranet and knowledge management system, streamlining internal processes while strengthening security measures. These advancements empower our employees, optimize operations and reinforce our commitment to leveraging technology for greater efficiency and adaptability. Deepening Relationships Strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and in 2024 we prioritized strengthening client connections. We launched ACCESSperks, an account referral rewards program, and Work+Life Solutions, equipping our bankers to deliver a seamless, full-service experience for business owners. Standardized service expectations and the development of a Personal Banking Playbook ensured brand consistency across all locations.

creating a hub for personal banking services. These strategic moves ensure a more cohesive and efficient experience for our clients while reinforcing our commitment to service excellence. Looking Ahead The progress we’ve made has prepared us to take bold steps forward. With our people, processes and technology aligned, we are ready to grow our market presence, introduce new technology and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients and community. We are not just maintaining stability – we are building momentum, embracing new opportunities and shaping the future of banking with confidence and purpose.
