ACCESSbank Annual Report 2022

GIVING BACK. IT’S THE ACCESSWAY!

Last year our employees gave back to the community in a variety of ways, sharing our time, talent, and resources to make the Greater Omaha community stronger.

Our corporate commitment remains strong through donations and sponsorships. Over the last ten years, we have contributed more than $1.12 million in financial support to more than 350 local organizations. We are proud supporters and advocates for the United Way, recently recognized as a United Way Partner of the Year and a Top 100 campaign. With 22 Bridgebuilders and 100% employee participation for 11 of the last 14 years, our employees understand the value of contributing resources to our community. Through our employee-driven team, the Community Crusaders, we coordinated bank-wide opportunities, including Red Cross Blood Drives and volunteering for local organizations such as: The Food Bank for the Heartland, Omaha Street School, Project Harmony, Project Pink’d, Angels Among Us, Project Linus, and more. We worked diligently to identify opportunities for employees to get involved and spotlight local organizations in need at our company meetings and in our company newsletter.

Our bank officers are encouraged to give back their time and talents in the communities we serve through board service, resulting in 45% serving on a local board or committee.
